If you have accidentally left an item on one of our trains or trams, we'll do our best to return it to you.
TransAdelaide's vehicles are checked daily. Any items found are registered and kept for three months.

The good news is …
We have a great success rate. In fact, 80 per cent of all personal items, such as wallets and purses, are reunited with their owners, while the return rate for general items is around 50 per cent.

Regardless of where an item is handed in or found by our staff, TransAdelaide will do its best to ensure it is returned to you.
