Built in 1928, and situated on North Terrace between the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Parliament House, the Station boasts majestic grandeur with marble flooring and pillars, soaring decorative ceilings and period architecture.

The huge concourse area adapts superbly to any grand occasion … cocktail receptions, black tie dinners, theatrical performances or a major launch … catering for up to 1,000 for cocktails or 400 to 450 people at tables.

Rates:

Concourse Hire Rate - $100 gst exclusive per hour.

The Adelaide Station is closed to the general public between approximately 1:00am and 4:30am. Please note: If electricians are required to set up a power supply for the event, a charge of $52.00 gst exclusive per hour applies.

Cleaning fee- $100 gst exclusive minimum.

This is subject to variation and dependant on the magnitude of your event. We encourage organisers to clean the venue of surface rubbish themselves and we are happy to supply a mini skip (at a fee) to assist. This will lessen the cleaning costs for organisers.

Please note the GST will apply to all rates.

Screening.

TransAdelaide requires each function to be enclosed using fire retardant screening (approx 6 foot in height). the normal area for functions in the concourse is approx 35 x 9.16 metres (this can be increased or decreased depending on your needs)

Please note that Transadelaide does not provide screening, seating, tables or catering.
